Romania's forex reserves up to EUR 32.7 billion In January
Foreign exchange inflows were at EUR 1.77 billion in January, fueled by some EUR 900 million in IMF money, while total outflows reached EUR 1.51 billion. The central bank's gold holdings were steady at 103.7 metric tons, and their value adjusted for international gold price stood at EUR 3.26 billion.
Thus, Romania's overall international reserves were at EUR 35.95 billion in January, almost unchanged from December. The payments due on public and publicly guaranteed external debt in February amount to EUR 163.1 million, the central bank data showed.
