Romanian Debro Holding branches out with first Debenhams in Hungary this April
The company already runs eight Debenhams stores in Romania and the Republic of Moldova. The Hungarian store will cover 2,100 sqm, following an investment of EUR 1 million, according to Bogdan Macarie, CEO of Debro Holding. The company expects a EUR 4 million turnover on the Hungarian market in 2011.
Debro Holding owns the Debenhams franchise rights for 13 countries in Central and Eastern Europe.
RTC Holding includes Diverta, Q Power, TCE Logistica, Office Supply Holding, Sistec Business and Flaro Holding. Two companies in the group, Diverta bookshop and TCE Logistica filed for insolvency earlier last year and started a re-organization process.
