Romanian call center dials up its turnover by 30%
Romanian call center Blue Point increased its business by 30% last year, posting a EUR 1.69 million turnover.
The company’s profit grew by 20% while the number of employees went up by a quarter. Blue Point had more than 200 employees at the end of the year, according to a statement of the company.
The industries that provided most requests for call center services included the auto sector, communications, and the financial sector.
For this year, the company estimates a 15% increase in turnover.
