Polish outsourcing firm enters Romanian market, takes on office space in new Bucharest building
Telbridge provides outsourcing call center services and is the first company to sign a deal for space in the new office building, which has a gross leasable area of 3,500 sqm. The Polish company offers services to the banking, insurance, telecommunications, energy and pre-paid services industries.
Primavera Development has led the CSDA Siriului building project and has been involved in a variety of office and residential real estate projects in Romania, such as S-Park, Dem. Dobrescu, EOS Business Business Park, Frumoasa 30, La Mesteceni and Sisesti Residence.
Jones Lang LaSalle's Office Agency and Tenant Representation department is handling the leasing duties for the new office building.
Telbridge started operations in 2005 with a first call center in Poland. Since then, the firm has opened three further call-centers in the country.
Romania is among the top ten outsourcing locations in the world, according to the Jones Lang LaSalle report “Onshore, Near-Shore, Offshore: Unsure?” published in October last year. Productivity, labor costs and revenue growth are the key factors that attract international shoring operation to Romania, according to the report.
