(P) Romania Green Building Council presents the 2013 Green Awards Gala

Romania Green Building Council (RoGBC) presents an initiative to award sustainable projects of 2012,“Romania Green Building Council Awards Gala”, on June 10th, 2013, 6:30pm, Bucharest. The annual event wishes to recognize the leaders in the green construction industry that are sustainability-oriented and support the RoGBC mission for promoting high performance buildings that are both sustainable and profitable.

 

This year's categories include:

• Government Initiative of the Year

• Green Building Project of the Year

• Sustainable Company of the Year

• Green Product Innovation of the Year

• Green Service Provider of the Year

• Green Building Education Initiative of the Year

Companies active in the green buildings industry have the opportunity to celebrate in a specialized environment the application of sustainable principles in their own company.

The contest is opened for all companies with projects with projects, initiatives, work portfolio finished by December 31. Submission criteria for all the categories is available on the platform for green building practitioners, Construction21.eu/Romania.

PROJECT SUBMISSIONS are accepted until June 5th 2012, 6pm Eastern Europe Time. Only submissions uploaded to Construction21 platform will be accepted.

This initiative has the support of this year's distinguished jury members: Alinda Dudu -Senior Architect, Epstein; Claus Kegel - Managing Director, Heberger Constructii; Constantin Goagea - Director, Zeppelin; Cristian Popescu - CEO, Cofely Romania; Dragos Riti - Director Departament Constructii, Erste Group Immorent; Eugen Goldhammer - Energy Auditor, EGEEA Design; Florin Furdui - Country Manager, Portland Trust; Hadley Barrett - Managing Partner, Oxford Sustainable Group; Perry Zizzi - Partner, Badea Clifford Chance; Serban Tiganas - Presedinte Ordinul Arhitectilor din Romania (OAR); Silviu Ginju - General Manager, Strucon Proiect

Each of the projects submitted on the Construction21 platform will be granted a free invitation, and projects nominated will receive three free invitations for the Romania Green Building Council Awards Gala.
