James Heyworth Dunne takes over as Head of Valuation for CBRE Romania

James Heyworth Dunne has been named Head of Valuation with CB Richard Ellis Romania, while also serving as the Head of the Capital Markets Department. His new role includes co-coordinating the valuation activities at CBRE alongside his current duties of working with investors and developers and acquiring and disposing of assets in Romania and the region.

“I spent seven years at CBRE London and my last two years there in this field. The existing valuation team is very strong and their performance in 2011 was one of the key drivers of revenue for CBRE in Romania,” he said.

James Heyworth Dunne was awarded the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) certificate in 2005.

His previous work includes serving as a Pension Fund Manager at Lothbury Investment Management, where he managed assets in the United Kingdom, including the supervision of the development of a shopping center, and the management of a business park extension plan, which comprised office buildings, logistic areas and retail units.
