The majority of local entrepreneurs are confident about the local economy’s evolution and estimate that their companies will have higher revenues this year, showing that the Romanian business environment is moderately optimistic, according to a study by Raiffeisen Bank.

Some 12% of the respondents believe that their businesses will go up by over 30%, whereas 13% of the entrepreneurs expect an increase between 20% and 30%. About 29% of them consider that the turnover growth will be between 10% and 20%, and 20% of the respondents estimate that the business will go up between 5% and 10%.

A total of 250 entrepreneurs from Cluj-Napoca, Constanta, Iasi and Brasov took part at the barometer.
