It'll be a big night for Romanian football next week when Chelsea come to Bucharest to play local team Steaua and tickets for the game are going fast. Steaua face the Chelsea superstars, last year's Champions League winners, at the National Arena in Bucharest on Thursday, March 7, in the first leg of the last 16 tie of the Europa League.

Steaua caused something of an upset when they knocked out Dutch team Ajax, who have a strong record in European football.

Tickets for the Chelsea supporters in the away stand cost GBP 165 and are available here. Meanwhile, tickets for the game from Steaua's online ticket site www.biletesteaua.ro have already sold out. Local media reports say around 35,000 tickets were sold within 24 hours of going on sale. Tickets will be available “a few days before the match” at the National Arena ticket office, according to local reports.

Local bar owners are expecting a big night next Thursday with thousand of Chelsea supporters expected in Bucharest.
