Romania’s railways company CFR, which manages the local rail infrastructure, has launched the tender for consultancy services for the revamping of the Brasov-Sighisoara railway line.

The contract’s value is estimated at RON 28.2 million (over EUR 6 million), reports local News.ro.

The railway line connecting the historic cities of Brasov and Sighisoara in central Romania is part of the European Corridor IV.

CFR is looking to buy consultancy services in construction management and checking the quality of construction work. Companies interested in bidding for this contract can submit their offers until February 20 and the offers will be assessed until May 21.
