Cigarette manufacturer British American Tobacco Romania (BAT) will employ 100 people in its shared services center in Bucharest this year, reports local Ziarul Financiar.The center has already reached 430 employees since 2008.

The ideal candidate graduated business school, has experience in finance, knows at least one foreign language (English is mandatory) and is Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) aware, according to Adrian Popa, Corporate & Regulatory Affairs Director with British American Tobacco Romania.

A graduate's salary in a service center starts from EUR 311- 334 per month, according to data from the recruitment market.
