Scuba diving
Diving offers the chance to discover a new world under the water: the marine flora and fauna. Romania offers a wide range of locations where you can dive, such as the Black Sea, where you can explore various wrecks, or various lakes in the country, caves and even places where you can dive under the ice.
You can try Aquarius Dive Center, located in the city of Constanta, Respiro Dive Center in Mamaia, Nautilus Club in Oradea, Scubalibre Diving Center located in the capital city. Prices for diving can vary between EUR 25 and EUR 160, depending on the time and numbers of diving sessions, while to rent the necessary equipment you can pay around EUR 20. In case you want to buy it, you have to be ready to pay between EUR 100 and EUR 400, for a full equipment.

We've also though about those who are not an extreme sports fan but who might get bored during their holiday. You can always do something less dangerous, like horse riding or golf.
If you’ve chosen riding, then you can try Gala Riding Center located in Floresti, 5 km from Cluj. Located at just 2 km from Rasnov, Panicel complex offers some great riding hours, for just RON 60 per hour. In case you are in the capital city, you can try Picadilly Club, located just minutes from the capital city, on the Bucuresti - Ploiesti road.
If you like other extreme sports and you already tried them in Romania, please let us now so that we can spread the word and let others enjoy the experience too!
