Swedish recruiting platform for software developers TalentLink.Me lauches in Romania

TalentLink.Me, a recruiting site for software developers, officially launched its operations in Romania, on November 24, the company announced.

TalenLink.Me is a platform which aims to connect the software developers with top innovation companies in Europe. The platform serves companies in the UK, Germany, Netherlands, Spain and Scandinavia, interested in hiring Romanian developers.

“Our main sourcing pool is Eastern Europe, especially Romania and Poland, but we also serve a couple of multinationals in the East, such as Amazon.com,” said the company’s representatives.

The company’s founders are Swedish businessmen Stefan O. Einarsson and Kristjan M. Gunnarsson. They are specialized in finding talent for IT companies worldwide and in consulting companies on offsite development teams.

“Our development team is located in Romania and most of our business development is done in London and Scandinavia. We believe this is the future of the IT job market and we can also vision a big change for the future how talented people will get hired for their skills and proven track record with companies bedding for the best talent,” said Stefan O. Einarsson, co-founder of TalentLink.Me.

IT developers interested in getting new jobs can create their profiles on TalentLink.Me, after which they will be guided by talent acquisition professionals who will promote them to companies in search of talent. The TalentLink.Me team also does the pre-screening of the applications from software developers, and only about 15% of the applicants make it on the platform.

The developers who get hired receive a EUR 500 bonus from the TalentLink.Me team when the contract is signed, according to the platform’s representatives.
