A similar deal was inked with Romanian label Roton. Trilulilu will soon launch official Universal Music and Roton Channels, featuring the most recent songs launched by the two companies.
The Romanian website plans to launch new features and options allowing artists to promote their work and an official advertising revenues sharing program for partners, according to Sergiu Biris, general manager and founder of Trilulilu (in picture).
The website had 3.4 million unique visitors in December last year and has already signed license contracts with other music labels in Romania. Trilulilu was set up in 2007 by Sergiu Biris. Investor Alexis Bonte owns 51 percent of the shares in Trilulilu.
