The total investment in this project amounts to EUR 17 million, and Michele Nusco said that EUR 10 million financing came from two banks, one Italian and one Romanian, while the rest of the money will come from the group.

The new office project will measure 18,000 square meters, with 12,000 sqm for offices and the remaining 6,000 sqm for parking.

According to Nusco, talks have already started with companies interested in renting space in the new building and some companies that leased space in the Nusco Tower are interested in expanding into the new office project.
