Turkish company will build a segment of the Transylvania highway for EUR 80 mln

Romania’s state company for road infrastructure CNAIR has declared Turkish company Nurol Insaat Ve Ticaret as the winner of the contract for a 13.55-kilometer segment of the Transylvania highway.

The Turkish company will build the segment between Nusfalau and Suplacu de Barcau for a price of RON 384 (EUR 80 mln), without VAT, News.ro reported.

The company has 6 months to prepare the work and 18 months to effectively build the highway segment. The warranty period is 10 years.
