Romanian movie 'The medal of honor' (Medalia de onoare), which features former Romanian president Ion Iliescu playing his own character, will be screened in Bucharest cinemas starting Friday, November 12. The premiere screening will take place at the Studio Cinema in Bucharest from 20,00 hours.
TV stations FilmBox Family, FilmBox Extra and FightBox HD will be launched in Romania in the following months, according to Piotr Reich, CEO SPI International. SPI International partners Romtelecom and UPC companies on the Romania market.
The Artpromo Cultural Foundation organizes the Bucharest International Experimental Film Festival (EXPIFF), which will take place between November 24 and 28 in Bucharest. The event is supported by the National University of Drama and Film Bucharest, the National Art University and the Romanian National Cinema Center.
