How much do Romania’s most expensive villas cost?

The most expensive villa available for sale in Bucharest is almost EUR 3 million whereas in Cluj-Napoca, north-western Romania, the most expensive villa costs about EUR 1 million, according to a ranking of the most expensive villas in Romania, carried out by real estate portal imobiliare.ro.

The ranking takes into account mansions built after the year 2000 that also have pools. In Timisoara, the most expensive villa with a pool costs EUR 850,000.

The most expensive villa on sale in Bucharest costs EUR 2.8 million. It has eight rooms and a floor area of 520 sqm. It is built on a 1,440 sqm plot and is located in the Pipera area, in northern Bucharest. It includes a 60 sqm pool.

A 20-room villa in the Cotroceni area, which was completed in 2006, has been put up for sale for EUR 2.3 million. It has a floor area of 875 sqm and a plot of 517 sqm. In the Kiseleff area, near the Herastrau Park, a villa built in 2008 costs EUR 2.25 million. It has ten rooms and a floor area of 630 sqm. It includes an interior pool and a sauna.
