Gold, silver and bronze for Romanian students at International Olympiad in Informatics in Taiwan
Romanian students won four medals at the 26th edition of the International Olympiad in Informatics organized this July in Taipei, Taiwan, according to a statement of the Romanian Ministry of Education.
The gold medal went to Romanian Rares Darius Buhai, while Andrei Heidelbacher and Alexandru Velea got the silver medals. Dan-Mihai Gheorghe won the bronze.
Over 300 competitors from 86 countries participated at this year’s edition of the Olympiad.
