Czech group to buy the largest logistic park near Bucharest

Czech company PointPark Properties, which is controlled by investment funds TPG and Ivanhoe Cambridge, is currently negotiating the acquisition of Europolis Logistic Park, the largest logistic development near Bucharest, according to Ziarul Financiar.

The park has a leasable area of 214,000 sqm and is controlled by Austrian group CA Immo. The project is located in Western Bucharest, where the freeway that goes from Bucharest to Pitesti starts. Among its tenants are Carrefour, Altex and eMAG.

The logistic park was valued at EUR 120 million, according to CA Immo’s latest financial report. The deal could be finalized by the end of this year.
