Austrian “supersonic” man Felix Baumgartner comes to Romania for conference

Austrian skydiver, daredevil and BASE jumper Felix Baumgartner, who became famous for his jump from the stratosphere in 2012, comes to Romania for the first time to speak in a leadership conference later in October.

Felix Baumgartner, the first to break the sound barrier with his jump from the stratosphere, will be the star of the conference Enlightening 3.0 - “Business Odyssey” Edition, whose main theme is dealing with limits both in personal life and in business.

Romanian alpinist Alexandru Gavan, who has climbed four peaks of over 8,000 meters, will also speak in the conference, as will Jean-François Fallacher, CEO of Orange Romania. Local and international CEOs and entrepreneurs will also talk about their experiences.

The conference, will take place on October 23 and will be hosted by Romanian businessman Ion Tiriac’s Stejarii Country Club. It will be preceded by a parachute jump from 2,000 meters on October 14, by Romanian Alexandru Nicolau. More about the conference, here.
