Romanian and Dutch tennis players win doubles at BRD Nastase Tiriac Trophy in Bucharest

Romanian tennis player Horia Tecău and his doubles partner, the Dutchman Jean-Julien Rojer won the BRD Năstase Ţiriac Trophy tournament which took place in Bucharest last week.

The duo beat the Polish Mariusz Fyrstenberg/Marcin Matkowski in the final, 6-4, 6-4, in a match which lasted about an hour.

This is Tecau's third time in a row winning the doubles at the BRD Năstase Ţiriac Trophy. In 2012, he won the title alongside Swedish tennis player Robert Lindstedt, and in 2013, with the Belorussian Max Mirnîi.

Tecau and Rojer got 250 ATP points, and a check of EUR 23,500.
