Murat Kazaz is the new CEO and executive board member of real estate developer Anchor Grup in Romania. The real estate company owns Bucuresti Mall, Plaza Romania shopping centers in Bucharest, the InCity Residence and the Anchor Plaza office building in Bucharest, as well as MallDova mall in Chisinau, the Republic of Moldova.

The company's management team has also recently added Irina Irimie, who has been promoted Leasing Director, Irina Schiopu, the new marketing and communication manager of the company. Albert Pianzaru is the new legal director, while Miruna Mitu, the group's HR director. Sinan Okumus is the group's new business development director, while Kemal Arslan, property management director.  Cenker Tunaboylu has also been promoted maintenance and development director.
