Shareholders of insurance company Generali Romania have appointed Daniela Pene, Director of Sales and Marketing and Paolo Coletto, Chief Financial Officer, as members of the Executive Board, each for a term of four years.

The two new members took over the mandates from former Chief Financial Officer Beata Petrusova, and former Director of Sales and Marketing Andrea Chuda, reports local Wall-street.ro.

With 15 years of experience in the insurance field, mainly in sales, Pene has been in management positions in the company in the last 9 years. She graduated the Academy of Economic Studies in Bucharest, specializing in Marketing.

Coletto has 27 years of experience in insurance, and 12 years in leadership positions. He began his career in insurance in 1987, at Toro Assicurazioni SpA to, member of the Italian Generali group.
