CTP, the largest manager and developer of premium industrial and logistics parks in Romania, will invest EUR 15 million in developing a new logistics park near Cluj-Napoca, North-Western Romania.

CTPark Cluj II will be located in Floresti near Cluj-Napoca and will have a total rentable area of 29,000 sqm. The logistics park will be completed in two stages, namely in March 2018 and the second part of 2018. One of CTP’s strategic customers has already leased 8,000 sqm in the new project.

The developer owns another logistics park in the Cluj county. CTPark Cluj I is located in Apahida, near the Cluj airport, and covers 23,000 sqm. It was completed last year.

In parallel with building CTPark Cluj II, the developer will also invest EUR 4.5 million in expanding its other logistics park in Cluj by 10,500 sqm. The building will be completed in November this year and is intended for the Profi retailer, a strategic customer of CTPark Cluj I.

CTP has recently acquired two logistics parks in Ineu and Salonta, Western Romania, with over EUR 13 million. The company has 650,000 sqm of leased logistic space in ten cities in Romania, including Arad, Bucharest, Cluj-Napoca, Timisoara and Turda.
