CTP buys two logistics parks in Western Romania

CTP, the largest manager and developer of premium industrial and logistics parks in Romania, has invested EUR 18 million in acquiring two logistics parks in the towns of Ineu and Salonta in Western Romania from Slovak company IPEC Group.

The two properties cover 119,000 sqm and have a rentable area of 37,000 sqm.

CTPark Ineu consists of a warehouse that has been fully leased by Delphi Packard, which has a car components factory in Ineu. CTPark Salonta currently includes two warehouses that are almost fully occupied by French car components producer Inteva.

CTP plans to expand to other cities in Western Romania such as Timisoara, Cluj-Napoca, Turda and Deva. The company has 650,000 sqm of leased logistic space in ten cities in Romania, including Arad, Bucharest, Cluj-Napoca, Timisoara and Turda.
