Canadian real estate broker Avison Young has recruited Romanian Iuliana Busca as Head of Industrial Agency at its Bucharest office. Busca, who was the Head of the Commercial Department at CTP Invest, the largest industrial real estate developer in Romania, will work on Avison Young’s new-business strategy and account management for the Bucharest office’s growing industrial business. The firm also poached Mihai Berbece from JLL, as Senior Industrial Consultant.
