Radisson Blu Hotel Bucharest appoints new chef at its Italian restaurant

Five-star Radisson Blu Hotel in Bucharest has appointed Italian Federica Piccioni as the new chef of its Italian restaurant Caffe Citta.

Chef Federica Piccioni has worked in several well-known international hotel chains from the Middle East, such as Sheraton Doha, Intercontinental Abu Dhabi or Cairo, and Art Rotana Bahrain, as well as in Italian restaurants in Italy.

She won the “Best lady Chef in Cairo town” in 2010 and won the gold medal at the Doha Food Festival Cooking Show in 2012.

“I am very happy to be joining the team of the Italian restaurant Caffe Citta within Radisson Blu and share my experience and creative vision within such a well-established hotel!” said lady Chef Federica.

Located in the Radisson Blu Hotel, Bucharest, the Italian restaurant Caffe Citta offers a large variety of specialties from the Italian cuisine. The restaurant was also awarded with the “Italian Hospitality Brand” distinction by the Italian Chamber of Commerce in Romania.
