The fifth edition of Goût de France/Good France, an event celebrating French gastronomy, takes place on March 21.
This year, 26 restaurants in Bucharest, Cluj-Napoca, Timișoara, Oradea, Sibiu, Constanța, Târgu Mureș and Valea Doftanei enrolled to take part in the event and offer their guests the best of French cuisine.
This year’s event focuses on French region of Provence and the chefs of the participating restaurants will devise menus suggestive of this area. At the same time, the 2019 edition focuses on sustainable development and promotes responsible gastronomy and the commitment of chefs to protecting the environment and reducing the usage of plastic.
