Tunisian musician Dhafer Youssef will play the traditional Arabic instrument oud in Romania at his April 10 concert in capital Bucharest.

A Jazz music composer and singer, Youssef will perform in front of the Romanian audience at the Sala Radio (Radio Hall) in Bucharest starting 20:00 on April 10.

In 2006, he was nominated for the BBC Music Awards For World Music. He will be in Bucharest promoting his fourth album in April, Birds Requiem. Dhafer Youssef will be accompanied by Kristjan Randalu on the piano, Phil Donkin on the double bass, and Chander Sardjoe playing the drums.
