South-African investment fund NEPI has started work to expand the shopping mall City Park Mall in Constanta, southeastern Romania.

In the first phase, the company will open in June new restaurants and a multiplex with 10 halls, one of which will run the 4Dx technology.

The Cinema City multiplex will stretch over 2,400 sqm and will host about 1,700 spectators.

In the second development phase, the company will bring new international fashion brands and a new World Class fitness hall.

NEPI is one of the most active developers in Romania. It recently announced that it will also build a commercial center in Timisoara, on some 70,000 sqm.
