Famous American pop rock band Maroon 5 will perform for the first time in Romania this summer. The concert, which is part of the band's V Tour, will take place in Bucharest's Constitutiei Square on June 5.

Maroon 5, launched in Los Angeles, has consolidated its position in the music industry as one of the strongest and oldest pop rock bands. The group won the first Grammy award in 2005. Moreover, it sold more than 17 million albums worldwide.

Maroon 5's latest album, called V, debuted at No. 1 on the Billboard Top 200. This summer, the fans in Romania will have the chance to listen live some of the band's most well-known hits, such as This Love, She Will Be Loved, and Wake Up Call. Read more about the band here.

Tickets for the concert in Bucharest will be available on eventim.ro starting Wednesday afternoon (March 30).
