Dinu Patriciu Global Services appoints Ioana Momiceanu head of asset management

Real estate company Dinu Patriciu Global Services (DPGS) has named Ioana Momiceanu (in picture) head of asset management, according to the company. Momiceanu run the local office of BNP Paribas Real Estate between 2008 and 2010.

She has over 17 years of experience in the commercial property business and is a member of the board of the Romanian Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS). She has previously managed two start-up offices in Romania: Jones Lang LaSalle in 1995 and the CB Richard Ellis franchise in 2001. She was CBRE’s managing director for seven years from 2001 to 2008. Between 2008 and 2010, Momiceanu was the CEO of BNP Paribas Real Estate Romania (initially Atisreal).

With approximately EUR 1.3 billion of gross assets under management, Dinu Patriciu Global Properties’ portfolio was formed by combining four distinct portfolios: Astra, together with Fabian Romania Limited, Deutsche Land PLC and Rutley European Property Limited. Around 60 percent of the portfolio is in Germany, 30 percent in Romania and 10 percent in 4 other European countries. The main assets in Romania are the Lakeview office building, the Romana Offices, Cubic Center, Banu Antonache Offices, Cascade Offices and Baneasa Business Center.
