Old Romanian brewery’s assets, sold for EUR 266,000

The judicial administrator of the local brewery Alutus will sell the company’s remaining assets through an open tender on August 28.

The beer brewing equipment, several technological lines and storage facilities will be sold for over EUR 266,000, namely 75% of the reevaluation price, reports local Capital.ro.

The brewery, which was founded 40 years ago and is located in the Valcea county, was taken over by its employees after 1990 and it went bankrupt after 2000. Several brands in the Valcea county, which made history before 1989, went bankrupt or were taken over and the name was changed, including the county’s woodworking plant or the shoe factory Finca Dragasani.
