The US Ambassador to Bucharest Hans Klemm said yesterday that his priority in Romania was to promote the trade between the two countries and the US investments in Romania.

He spoke after a meeting with the Suceava mayor Ion Lungu, reports local Mediafax.

Klemm added that both the President Klaus Iohannis and the Prime Minister Dacian Ciolos have asked him to focus his energy on encouraging US investments in Romania, including in the north-east of the country.
