Investigating corruption at high level, recovering damages, and seizing the stolen assets are among the priorities set by Laura Codruta Kovesi for her new term as chief prosecutor of the National Anticorruption Directorate (DNA).

She submitted yesterday the management project for her new term, reports local Agerpres.

DNA will also increase the criminal prosecution activity, according to Kovesi’s project.

The Justice Minister Raluca Pruna has sent to the Superior Council of Magistracy (CSM) her proposal to reappoint Kovesi as head of DNA. CSM will make the final decision at the end of March.
