Oracle Romania expands offices in Bucharest

Oracle Romania, the local branch of the American software producer Oracle, has leased nine floors in the 36-storey office building Sky Tower in northern Bucharest, and it will occupy them in the following months.

Oracle has thus rented a 10,400 sqm area in Sky Tower, whose occupancy rate reached 85%, reports local Ziarul Financiar.

Consultancy Advisers Knight Frank brokered the deal.

Oracle Romania, which has over 3,000 employees and an annual turnover of over EUR 120 million, holds other office areas stretching over 32,000 sqm in northern Bucharest, in the Floreasca Park and Nusco Tower office buildings.

The Austrian group Raiffeisen Property owns Sky Tower, which also hosts Raiffeisen Bank, 1&1 Internet Development and PeliFilip.
