Romanian Dacia models, among best-selling cars in Russia
Logan, Duster, and Sandero, the top brands of the Romanian car manufacturer Dacia, were among the 25 best-selling car models in Russia last year.
Duster and Logan ranked fifth and sixth, with about 43,900, respectively 41,300 units sold last year. Sandero ranked 11th with about 30,220 cars sold, reports local Agerpres.
In Russia, these models are selling under the Renault brand.
The best-selling car model in Russia was Lada Granta manufactured by AvtoVAZ, with some 152,800 units sold last year. The Solaris model from Hyundai ranked second, with 114,600 cars.
About 1.6 million motor vehicles were sold in Russia last year, down from 2.49 million cars in 2014.
