First Hampton by Hilton in Romania to be opened in Cluj – Napoca next year
The first Hampton by Hilton hotel in Romania will be inaugurated in Cluj in 2012, after the end of works on the 109-roomed unit developed by Rembrook. The three-star hotel will require an investment of EUR 15 million, which will be poured into the stalled project of an office building. The stalled real estate projects has two buildings, and Rembrook will use the second for an apart-hotel, which will be ready at the same time as the hotel.
A second unit under the Hampton by Hilton brand will be opened in Brasov at the beginning of 2013, according to Hilton representatives.
The Hilton chain has recently opened the first DoubleTree by Hilton hotel in Bucharest, joining the existing Athenee Palace Hilton and the Hilton hotel in Sibiu.
