Wizz Air introduces new flights from Bucharest, Cluj to Athens

Hungarian low-cost airline Wizz Air will launch new flights from Romania’s capital Bucharest and from Cluj-Napoca to Athens starting March 25, next year. The tickets are already up for sale.

With the launch of these new flights, Wizz Air has reached 143 routes from 10 airports in Romania to 21 countries.

The Bucharest-Athens flight will be daily, while the Cluj-Napoca-Athens flight will be available on Wednesdays and Sundays.

Wizz Air is the largest low-cost airline in Central and Eastern Europe. It operates a fleet of 86 Airbus A320 and A321 aircraft and offers more than 550 routes from 28 bases, connecting 144 destinations from 43 countries.
