Swedish group Medicover sees 20% increase in revenues in Romania in nine months

Swedish medical services group Medicover recorded a 20% increase is revenues in the first nine months of this year compared to the same period of 2017, to EUR 66 million. Romania is the group’s third-biggest market after Germany and Poland. The medical services division, represented by the Medicover hospital and clinics, recorded revenues of EUR 26.6 million, up 26%. The Medicover clinics network increased by 50%, to 37 units, following acquisitions completed in the first nine months. The diagnostic services division, represented by the Synevo test lab network, reached EUR 39.4 million in revenues as 17 new units were opened.
