World Class, the largest network of fitness clubs in Romania, has invested EUR 1 million in a new fitness center in the Bucuresti Mall shopping center in Romania’s capital.
The center will be opened in the first quarter of next year. It will cover 1,400 sqm and will be included in the Bronze category, where a monthly subscription costs EUR 75 per month.
World Class has also decided to give up its fitness center in Bacau, Eastern Romania. It has sold it to a local investor. The network has thus reached 23 fitness centers in Bucharest and 31 in the whole country.
World Class reached a turnover of EUR 20 million in 2016, up 15% year-on-year. The company invested EUR 5 million in opening three new clubs and modernizing nine fitness centers in 2016.
