British fashion retailer Topshop, one of the world's largest, will open its first store in Romania on March 15. After the opening of Topshop Topman store in Bucharest Mall, it will open another three shops within a year, Ziarul Fiannciar reported.

The British company brings in Romania a franchise system, with Voice La Mode group being the franchisee. Voice La Mode also holds the local franchise of another UK fashion group, namely Marks & Spencer.

The British brands will benefit from a 1,000 square meter space in the Bucharest Mall.

“We hope that the fashion lovers community will enthusiastically receive the arrival of these brands in Romania on March 15 in Bucharest Mall. We are delighted to start on this trip and have the privilege to expose this new concept to Romania, a country whose consumers are extremely fashionable. We have prepared a five-year plan, and we can already confirm that we will open three more stores in the next year,” said Artemis Antoniadou, CEO, Voici La Mode Group.
