Week starts with rain in Romania, snow in the mountain areas

After several days with positive daytime temperatures, the weather will change in Romania in the coming days, according to meteorologists. It will rain in almost all regions in the night from Monday to Tuesday, and on Tuesday, except for the mountain areas and northern Moldova where it will snow. The rainfall will reach 20 liters per sqm, but can exceed this figure in some regions. It will continue to snow in most of Moldova and the mountains in the night from Tuesday to Wednesday, with mixed precipitations being expected for the rest of the territory. Starting Wednesday afternoon, it will also snow in the southwest part, while the wind will blow strongly in southern Moldova, Muntenia, and Dobrogea regions.
