Romanian babysitter contracts to include a work plan

Babysitters’ contracts should contain a work plan, which both parts have to agree upon, according to a bill the Romanian Government approved yesterday, reports local Mediafax. The job needs to be secured either by an individual work contract between the babysitter and a company providing social services or by a service contract between the babysitter and the child’s legal representative. The plan of activities may include the babysitter’s responsibility to protect the child from any form of abuse or neglect, accompanying the child to the hospital until the parents arrive or providing quality food, adapted to the child’s age and preferences. editor@romania-insider.com
