Romanian Masterchef and Hell’s Kitchen judge cooks for largest local beerhouse

Romanian chef Catalin Scarlatescu, who was one of the judges of Masterchef and Hell’s Kitchen TV shows in Romania, will join the team of the largest beerhouse in Romania.

Starting February 19, clients of Beraria H in Bucharest will be able to choose between 50 dishes, all signed Catalin Scarlatescu.

The menu will include fish cream soup and a hamburger made of Black Angus meat, with onion jam and camembert, all in a bun made after Scarlatescu’s special recipe.

Catalin Scarlatescu will not only create new recipes for the beerhouse’s menu but will also coordinate the team of chefs and suppliers and will oversee the activities in the kitchen.

Beraria H was launched in September 2014, after an investment of EUR 3 million, and is the largest beerhouse in Southeast Europe. It is located in Herastrau Park in Bucharest.
