Tate brothers consider buying Continental Hotel in Romania’s Cluj-Napoca

Update: Cluj-Napoca City Hall reportedly issued an official reaction on Wednesday, May 27, following reports that brothers Andrew Tate and Tristan Tate intend to purchase the building of the former Hotel Continental in the city center. The institution noted that so far, no official request regarding the sale of the property has been submitted and that local authorities have the right of preemption in the event of a possible transaction, Cluj24 reported.

The municipality also reminded that heritage buildings are subject to special rules regarding the sale and transfer of ownership.
