Regina Maria’s Central Laboratory is located in Bucharest and can serve some 2,200 patients each day. It can process 20 million tests per year as it is fully automated. The lab has 2,700 sqm and has been set up in seven months.

The laboratory is also the first Roche Diagnostic reference center in Romania for biochemistry and immunology, having the most performant technological lines for this specialty.

“The Central Laboratory is a technological benchmark for this medical segment in Romania (…) The investment in arranging the space was almost EUR 1 million, and then there’s the value of the medical equipment, which is the biggest in Romania at the moment,” said Fady Chreih, CEO of Regina Maria.
