What local politicians do Bucharesters trust the most?

More than three-quarters of Bucharesters (76%) are dissatisfied and very dissatisfied with the current political class, according to a study conducted by Avangarde. Only 17% of capital residents are satisfied with the local political class. Most respondents, namely 65%, have confidence in current President Klaus Iohannis, 47% trust Bucharest mayor Sorin Oprescu, and 44% have confidence in former education minister Ecaterina Andronescu, reports local Agerpres. The confidence ranking continues with Prime Minister Victor Ponta (39%), President of the Senate Calin Popescu Tariceanu (38%), former presidential candidate Monica Macovei (28%), former minister of transport Ludovic Orban (22%), president of the National Liberal Party PNL Alina Gorghiu (20%), former President Traian Basescu (17%), and Teodor Atanasiu (14%).
