Turkish investors build residential project on former industrial site in Bucharest

Several Turkish businessmen will invest EUR 48 million in a residential project with 1,300 homes in Bucharest. They have started the construction work on the plot bought from Turbomecanica, an industrial platform located in Militari, in western Bucharest, last year. The project is run through the company Rotar Residence. The developers plan to build 284 apartments in the first phase, which are due next year, reports local Economica.net.
