Romania's National Company for Highways (CNADNR) has signed the contract to build the Bacau bypass. Turkish company Eko Insaat Ve Tic won the contract worth EUR 89.54 million (without VAT), through a public tender, reports local Mediafax. CNADNR will finance the project with non-reimbursable EU funds (85%) and from the state budget (15%). The contract extends over 48 months, 24 months of which represent the work execution and 24 months are the guarantee period. The section will have 30.7 km. editor@romania-insider.com
